No Client Relationship: Simply browsing this website or submitting an inquiry does not constitute a formal accountant-client relationship. A relationship is established only upon the signing of a separate Engagement Letter.

4. Payment Terms
Fees for our bookkeeping services will be detailed in your individual Engagement Letter.

Late Payments: Late fees may apply to overdue balances, and services may be suspended until your account is brought current.
5. Intellectual Property
