Orchard Bookkeeping provides remote monthly bookkeeping services.

  • Software Platform: We primarily utilize QuickBooks to deliver our services.

  • No Client Relationship: Simply browsing this website or submitting an inquiry does not constitute a formal accountant-client relationship. A relationship is established only upon the signing of a separate Engagement Letter.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure accurate bookkeeping, you agree to:

  • Provide timely, accurate, and complete financial data and documentation.

  • Maintain ownership and authorization of all bank accounts and credentials shared with us.

  • Review all financial reports promptly and notify us of any discrepancies.

Orchard Bookkeeping is not liable for errors, penalties, or tax issues resulting from inaccurate, late, or withheld information.

 

4. Payment Terms

Fees for our bookkeeping services will be detailed in your individual Engagement Letter.

  • Billing: Invoices are issued on a recurring monthly or per-project basis.

  • Late Payments: Late fees may apply to overdue balances, and services may be suspended until your account is brought current.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and digital downloads, is the property of Orchard Bookkeeping and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our written consent.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Virginia law, Orchard Bookkeeping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
